Planting Seeds Campaign: Raising $1M by June 2026 to Open Our Inaugural Year
Launching a school devoted to the well-being of children and the cultivation of mindfulness and compassion in the world is a once-in-a-generation opportunity. We invite you to join us in our Planting Seeds Campaign to raise $1 million to bring this vision to life.
Your generosity will support:
In additional to donations raised so far, our school is grateful to be nourished by many sources of extraordinary generosity, including the gift of a $1.3M school site where the school will be located, and the devoted service of our Board and volunteers.
The Thich Nhat Hanh School of Interbeing is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions support our educational mission and are tax-deductible. EIN 39-2228770.

As a founding supporter, you will be a true partner in this creation. We honor every gift as an act of interbeing — a joining of energy and intention for the collective good.
We offer flexible giving options (multi-year pledges, endowment and scholarship designations, real estate or legacy gifts) and will work closely with you to ensure your contribution reflects your values.
Transparency and accountability are central to our practice. Each year, we will share impact reports, financial summaries, and stories of transformation so you can see, touch, and feel what your generosity is cultivating.
If you know someone who may be interested to discuss making a larger donation to the School of Interbeing, refer them to contact Board Member Meena Srinivasan at fundrasing@tnhschool.org
Extend the circle of growth and invite others to discover our school through our Share Page: https://tnhschool.org/share.

The School of Interbeing is a K–8 school designed as a living laboratory for mindful education. Beyond serving local families, it will be a seedbed for a global network of mindful education — training teachers, developing curriculum, creating online courses, and collaborating with researchers at Harvard Project Zero to bring this approach to children around the world.
Your gift will do more than build a school; it will plant the seeds of peace.
In the short term, it will create a mindful, nurturing environment for our first students and teachers. In the long term, it will help establish a model of contemplative education that can inspire educators, families, and policymakers worldwide. Graduates will grow into compassionate leaders who bring tenderness, courage, and wisdom into their communities.
Your generosity will echo far beyond a single campus. It will shape a movement — one that embodies Thích Nhất Hạnh’s greatest teaching: “Peace in oneself, peace in the world.”
